Maple Bacon Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 x 5 lb bag Egg Solutions Scrambled Egg Mix
  • 200 g Diced cooked bacon
  • 45 ml Maple Syrup
  • 5-10 ml Hot sauce (optional)

Directions

  1. Cook eggs from frozen as per cooking instructions but reduce cooking time to 45-50 minutes.
  2. Open bag and pour eggs into a bowl, add all other ingredients and mix well, place in serving bowl and serve.
