Panko Crusted Veal Schnitzel Print View All Recipes Ingredients ½ cup panko ¼ cup EggSolutions Liquid whole Egg 2 tbsp all-purpose flour 2 veal cutlets ½ salt ⅛ tsp freshly ground black pepper Half green cabbage Half english cucumber ½ cup mayo 2 tsp hoisin sauce Directions Shred ¼ head green cabbage and ½ cucumber super thin.Toss with 2 teaspoons of hoisin sauce and ½ cup mayo.Set slaw aside.Dredge veal in flour, then egg, and then panko.Fry until golden brown and internal temperature is 160 degrees.Serve with cabbage slaw for a twist on your schnitzel.
