Hash Brown Frittata Quiche

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Liquid Whole Egg
  • 300 g Reconstituted Basic American Foods Golden Grill hash brown potatoes
  • 300 g cooked breakfast meat
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 20 5” quiche shells
  • 130 g shredded cheese

Directions

  1. Cut breakfast meat into small pieces. Mix with Golden Grill hash brown potatoes.
  2. Blend Liquid Whole Egg, milk, garlic and pepper together.
  3. Cover bottom of quiche shells with potato mixture. Fill with egg mixture then sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake at 350°F (175°C) until done.
