Breakfast Dagwood

Ingredients

  • 30 Croissant Baked
  • 15 Egg white Patties
  • 30 slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 30 slices cooked Bacon
  • 60 slices Tomato
  • 15 Egg Patties
  • 30 slices cooked Peameal Bacon
  • 30 pieces Lettuce
  • 30 slices Provolone cheese
  • 300 ml Mayonnaise
  •  

Directions

  1. Cut Croissants in Half and spread lightly with mayonnaise.
  2. Cut all egg patties in half.
  3. Place half an egg white pattie on croissant bottom.
  4. Place a piece of peameal bacon ontop of egg white and top with a piece provolone cheese.
  5. Place half a regular egg pattie on croissant top.
  6. Place bacon on top of egg and top with cheddar cheese. This can be prepared up to an hour prior to service just keep covered and refrigerated.
  7. Place 2 slices of tomato ontop of a piece lettuce cover till ready for service.
  8. To serve place croissants in a 400° oven till cheese melts.
  9. Remove from oven, place lettuce and tomato on croissant bottom then cover with top and serve.
