Ingredients

*Note: Egg Sheet can be substituted with EggSolutions Plain Omelet or Folded Egg Square.

Directions

  1. Heat egg sheets to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) on a grill, in a microwave, or in an oven pre-heated to 300°F (139°C).
  2. Cook bacon until crisp.
  3. Mix maple syrup and mayonnaise together.
  4. Spread maple mayonnaise onto egg sheets.
  5. Please lettuce leaf onto egg sheet, and top with sliced tomato and bacon.
  6. Roll egg sheet into a cone shape.
  7. Place 2 cones on a plate and serve.
