Four Cheese Pizzette

Ingredients

  • 50 Defrosted Plain Omelettes/ 100 egg patties
  • 1kg shredded cheddar cheese
  • 200g grainy Dijon mustard
  • 1kg mayonnaise
  • 15ml Worcestershire sauce
  • 5ml hot sauce
  • 250g diced red pepper
  • 250g diced green pepper
  • 1kg brie cheese, thinly sliced
  • 500g chevre cheese crumbled
  • 250g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Combine shredded cheddar, mustard, mayonnaise, worcestershire sauce and hot sauce together and mix till well blended.
  2. Unfold defrosted omelettes carefully to ensure you don’t break it. And place on baking sheets.
  3. Spread 60g of the cheddar mixture evenly over omelette.
  4. Mix red and green peppers together and sprinkle over cheddar cheese.
  5. Place 3 Brie slices and crumbled goats cheese on omelette.
  6. Mix chopped parsley and mozzarella together and sprinkle over entire omelette.
  7. Bake in a 375°oven until cheese melts and omelettes have reached an internal temperature of 74°C or 165°F for 15 seconds.
