Grease your silicone muffin molds with some olive oil. Add the saffron to the egg mixture and mix well. In a bowl mix the broccolini, pancetta, roasted garlic, cheese, fresh thyme and season with salt and pepper. Add 2 tablespoons of the mixture to each mold.
