Hazelnut Chocolate Banana Egg Crêpe

Ingredients

*Note: Plain Omelet can be substituted with EggSolutions Egg Sheet or Folded Egg Square.

Directions

  1. Heat plain omelets to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) on a grill, in a microwave, or in an oven pre-heated to 300°F (139°C).
  2. Spread half of each omelet with hazelnut chocolate spread.
  3. Place 3 – 4 banana slices on top of hazelnut chocolate spread and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  4. Fold the other half of each egg sheet over the filling.
  5. Garnish with whipped cream and serve.
