Marinated Egg

Ingredients

  • 80ml Garlic, Peeled, rough chop
  • 60ml Ginger, Peeled, rough chop
  • 4 Scotch bonnet peppers
  • 750ml Dark soy sauce
  • 180ml Rice wine vinegar
  • 20ml Organic cane sugar
  • 120ml Shallots, Peeled, rough chop
  • 2l Water
  • 300ml Sesame oil
  • 50 Egg Solutions Hard Boiled Eggs, Whole

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients except for the eggs into a pot and bring to a boil
  2. Place eggs in an airtight container, pour mixture over top, seal once liquid is room temperature and store for 2 days.
