Panko Crusted Veal Schnitzel

Ingredients

  • ½ cup panko
  • ¼ cup EggSolutions Liquid whole Egg
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 veal cutlets
  • ½ salt
  • ⅛ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • Half green cabbage
  • Half english cucumber
  • ½ cup mayo
  • 2 tsp hoisin sauce

Directions

  1. Shred ¼ head green cabbage and ½ cucumber super thin.
  2. Toss with 2 teaspoons of hoisin sauce and ½ cup mayo.
  3. Set slaw aside.
  4. Dredge veal in flour, then egg, and then panko.
  5. Fry until golden brown and internal temperature is 160 degrees.
  6. Serve with cabbage slaw for a twist on your schnitzel.
