Spinach & Kale Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup EggSolutions whole liquid egg
  • 379g mixed baby spinach & baby kale
  • 650g Plain yoghurt
  • 1 English Cucumber
  • 1 small Cantaloupe
  • 1 cup Almond milk (can use regular or soya)
  • Ground black pepper
  • Roasted Cumin & mint spice mix
  • Honey to taste

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients except seasonings and honey together.
  2. Add honey and seasoning to taste and mix well.
